3.2 Webinars and Live Workshops

Live sessions led by instructors. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.

4. Informational Products

Digital materials such as e-books, guides, and recorded sessions are available for one-time purchase. These resources are delivered electronically.

5. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or branded merchandise are shipped from our location. Title passes upon shipment.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Courses and Live Workshops

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first access to the course content, you may request a refund of the course fee. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval. You may also choose to transfer your access to another course or term at no extra fee.

6.2 Informational Products

All sales of digital materials are final due to the nature of electronic delivery. No refund is offered for these products, as they can be duplicated immediately after access.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in unused condition. To ship back an item, please contact us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
